Ordered and paid for a cake 2 wks before birthday and when time fo pickup...no cake. I was very upset.
Staff was amazing... cant help but say I understand that the baker was sick... yet I paid $35 for 7 cinnamon rolls and 2 cookies... and those rolls musta been from the weekend. We went to eat them and they where hard as rocks. My godson and family bragged on this bakery... yeah not so much!!! Id appreciate my money back.... i came early so they should of been fresh... yes??
I wonder if they changed owners because this place has gone down hill. I ordered my favorite chicken pesto sandwich which, I was informed by a worker that was leaving, "He's going to make your sandwich because I've been making them all day and I can't see another sandwich today". She rang us up then told us that this 12 year old would prepare our food, who apparently is the owners grandchild.
