Dan and chi would have to be the most friendly and professional chemist and assistant in the entire Coffs/ Toormina area.. Always so helpful and considerate to everyone that enters the building. Nothing is more comforting than smiling faces.. other chemists in the area are quite rude and dismissive. I have travelled extensively and this would have to be the best chemist I’ve ever been to.. such a pleasure to do business there.. Would highly recommend Toormina TerryWhite Chemmart…. Keep up the great work..
Poor service, charged full price despite concession card on file. Very disappointing.
I called and asked about a product advertised on their website . The lady who answered told me to try Park Beach Plaza. She admitted she didn’t know what I was asking for . Bad service .
I haven't seen a pharmacist treat each customer like they're the only person in the room before, even when busy. Jess is a role model to the pharmacist profession. She listened and explained things to my 88 year old mother so patiently. Thank you Jess.
