Utterly disgusted/appalled by the staff at Sawtell/Toormina Medical Centre! have been a loyal patient for years and made a phone appointment whilst my regular doctor was away on holidays to get a referral for something I NEED to continue my job - doctor spent LESS than TWO MINUTES and refused to give me the referral despite my begging saying I could not continue doing my job without it. Pathetic
Dr John Koster - an excellent doctor actively promoting a preventative approach rather than waiting until issues arise. Has an excellent manner with patients young and old. He's booked out for a reason - he's very, very good.
Went to see Dr Bright for a referral to physio for my hip, I was treated abruptly and rudely, he said I was ineligible for a referral even despite holding a pensioner concession card, I will never go back, terrible service. I won't be paying for a service that was a waste of my time when the doctor bulk billed in previous appointments, I was never told about any new arrangements.
