Minimal waiting, friendly staff, overall a great experience.
Utterly disgusted/appalled by the staff at Sawtell/Toormina Medical Centre! have been a loyal patient for years and made a phone appointment whilst my regular doctor was away on holidays to get a referral for something I NEED to continue my job - doctor spent LESS than TWO MINUTES and refused to give me the referral despite my begging saying I could not continue doing my job without it. I had booked in for surgery but no availabilities until next year. Doctor was dismissive and said “try harder” I hung up not appreciative th... read more
Pathetic
Dr John Koster - an excellent doctor actively promoting a preventative approach rather than waiting until issues arise. Has an excellent manner with patients young and old. He's booked out for a reason - he's very, very good.
