I had a very disappointing experience with the reception staff at this clinic. I politely asked for clarification regarding an extra charge on my bill, and instead of receiving a clear explanation, I was met with rudeness and a condescending attitude. What made it worse was that after I requested they check the charge before I left, the receptionist spoke about me disrespectfully to a colleague while I was still there.
