The team at Toorak Medical Centre are consistently excellent, professional, approachable, and thoughtful in how they handle mental health matters. The doctors take the time to really listen, and the front desk team are friendly, organised, and respectful, creating a calm and comfortable experience from the moment you walk in. You feel taken seriously and well looked after. A genuinely supportive and well run clinic that I’d happily recommend.
Dr Smith gives a thorough examination, open to questions and has excellent specialists on his referral list. Jane, his nurse, is equally thorough and has an excellent manner.
