What an experience...let me tell you. I participated in a recent study that spanned several months. Most of the staff-excluding Mike- seemed to not have passed simple grade school education and were only there to "do a job" and not treat their clients with respect. Also the accountability of these people was appalling. Mind you, this was a paid study, with an understanding you would be paid for every visit.
