The one star is for Dr Sivakumar. I am very disappointed with Dr Sivakumar's unprofessional attitude, which is not helpful at all to my daughter, who is a long-term patient of hers. Dr Linh Nguyen is an awesome, caring and kind doctor who always listens and explains things clearly. 5 stars for Dr Linh, keep up the good work.
I have been a patient for longer than 10years. I am very disappointed with Dr Sivakumar and her treatment of my daughter, another long-term patient. She is always in a rush and seems to make life difficult for my daughter, on top of all the health issues that my daughter already has.
Dr Mala Sivakumar is unprofessional, uncompassionate and rude. She doesn't even deserve one star. I asked her to write a referral for me to see a cardiologist. The receptionist said I could come and pick it up the next day. The next day, I called to see if it was ready, and the receptionist said Dr Sivakumar would not do the referral unless I booked an appointment to see her. I could not come in the morning since I had prior engagements, but I could make the appointment the next day. She said NO- appointment needs to be now ... read more
Not sure why they don't put any sign.saying they not take new patients no more due to all the doctor don't take new patients. Be aware not to wast you time to call here becoz they just have so much patients so they don't open for any one new .
Best doctors and staff who are caring, knowledgeable and have time to listen. Highly recommended
