The doctor takes real time to listen, explains things clearly, and never makes you feel rushed. Booking and follow-ups are easy too. I had severe back pain after a warehouse injury from heavy lifting and it was difficult for me to work and move comfortably. I started physiotherapy with Dr. Smit at Toongabbie Doctors, and he assessed my condition properly and guided me with the right treatment and strengthening exercises. After 4 sessions, my pain reduced significantly and my back feels much stronger. Smit also gave me advice on safe lifting techniques and posture to prevent future injuries. Pathetic experience. I booked a walk-in appointment and was informed there was only one person ahead in the queue. However, upon arrival, the reception staff pressured me to sign up with their doctors for MyMedicare details. When I declined, it appeared that my place in the queue was pushed back. I ended up waiting for more than an hour, even though the doctors did not seem to be seeing any patients during that time. After just four sessions, I noticed a big improvement in my shoulder movement and the pain reduced a lot.
