Terrible experience! I had airleak on a trailer and called them for roadside assistance. Their mechanic took 4 hours to change a part that was not the actual problem, charged me almost $1000 for my driver to break down on the next exit again. TA found the actual problem which was a break chamber! Toon Truck wasn’t able in 4 hours to locate break chamber leak. Don’t hire these guys for anything! As President of Ferraro Auto Transport, I can't say enough good things about Toon!! We are a small, WOB, yet we were treated like royalty. The mechanics went over and above fixing our trailer. They clearly care about safety, because they alerted us to what could have been a potential problem. It wasn't a money grab at all. It's obvious, that they're super knowledgeable!
