I just completed a divorce / child custody case with Serena Hudson. Serena was spectacular – very well prepared, organized, articulate and capable. Serena’s presence in court was professional and focused. Each time she objected the judge upheld her objection, and she had to object frequently as opposing counsel constantly tried to overstep. She was able to represent our side of the case clearly and prevented misrepresentation by the opposing side. THANK YOU, Serena.

As the opposing party in a family court case where Serena E. Hudson represented my ex husband, I walked away with a lasting impression—and not in a good way. While I understand attorneys are hired to advocate for their clients, what I experienced felt far beyond aggressive representation.
