Kevin restored an early 19th century barn for us. It was an extensive project: new foundation, floor, sills, doors, windows and structural repair. All aspects of the job were completed not only extremely well but also with considerable respect and knowledge of historic preservation. The craftsmanship was first rate. The job was completed on time. Any cost overruns were add ons requested by me. He is pleasant to work with and fully deserves his 5 star rating.
I received some great input from Kevin regarding a roof leak. He was able to assist remotely and provide valuable insight to solve the problem on my own. Should I need further assistance, i will certainly be reaching out again. I highly recommend this business. Thanks again.
