BEWARE!! ***** ***** ***** Will never go back to this place again. On line chat TERRIBLE! Phone TERRIBLE! You have to wait for over an hour and then they hang up on you on both the chat and phone. Good luck! No replies when you email directly. One star because I had to for this to post!

Spent $700. + no product all people lied about everything! Said had product but had to wait to ship never shipped now telling me they never had it and on back order. Called customer service said they would issue a refund, waiting to see. The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with they need to be shut down and arrested for fraud!

BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could give less than 1 star I would. Worst customer service ever. Item never shipped for weeks. We made multiple calls for status. Reps can't contact warehouse promised call backs several times but never got one.

We ordered an item from Toolots back in January 2020, this was cancelled and a ''refund was going to be created'' on 2/11. We were told that item XBK9PWON1 ( 1/2" digital torque wrench) was going to be refunded to us since the product is unavailable but NO funds were ever returned. We called countless times for a voucher or credit memo that shows this refund was processed for our AP department. We have yet to receive credit back to the card. horrible experience i ordered items for a job and paid a substantial amount for shipping to guarantee a deadline. Contacted them when deadline was approaching via email and phone and live chat and was told I would receive a call back, twice (phone) that a case has been opened, twice (email) and told to hang on while they checked with their supervisor (live chat) after 1/2 hour they ended the chat.

Thank you Toolots, Inc. for doing the right thing before even being asked! On Monday morning, 3/2/2020, my wife noticed two debit card transactions totaling over $2,000 that were pending at our bank for Toolots. The first call was to notify our bank of the fraudulent activity on our account. The second call was to Toolots, a company with whom we had never dealt and are not customers, but who had $2,000+ of transactions pending on our account. I wish I read their reviews before I ordered from them. I ordered a sink, they forgot the legs. After a week of saying they would call me back and then never calling me back they finally shipped it on the following Friday, so it didn't arrive until Monday. This meant my plumber needed to make an extra trip out to my business. During this week I asked them to reimburse me some of my cost, to which they agreed. I had a horrible experience with this company! We bought an incubator that was promoted for microbiology. The temperature control was so bad that it killed off the bacteria instead of growing it. I tried to contact the company nearly 2 months ago. The customer service phone line listed on their website did not function. No one responded to any email contacts. This company stinks !!! We bought an electric pallet jack from them and when we received it, it was broken. Several attempts have been made to contact them about returning it. Emails, phone calls and a registered letter was sent with no response from any of these. We just want to sent the pallet jack back and get our money back. I think one star is to many. Please do not purchase anything from this company.
