Dr. Toole is unprofessional and does not return phone calls or follow court ordered appointments or follow ups. He is very scattered brained and believes anything that is told to him. I would not recommend him and feel he may not really even be a Doctor.
Very warm and welcoming. I was having trouble finding someone who would not be judgmental, overly critical, or religiously domineering. Leslie Toole fit the bill and then some. A great person to work with!
