They fit me in, patient with me. Nice guy! Was able to fix the valve without replacing it.
I've used this service several times in the last couple years & was always pleased with the workmanship & timeliness of getting the repairs done. This time however, Rick Watson I feel went above & beyond. Last Saturday when checking on my place found that my furnace had gone out & as a result my water pipes froze & broke.
