In my 18 years of working with service providers, this was by far the worst company I have encountered. In 2022, they failed to correctly diagnose a leak in my brand-new water tank. After performing minimal work and charging an exorbitant fee, the tank continued leaking. Rick installed a new water heater for us. Very professional, kind, clean, and quick. He upgraded some of the gas lines so we were up to code while he was doing the work. The price for the water heater, supplies, and labor were very competitive. I'd do business with Toolcity again if any plumbing issue comes along.

Rick has done several projects for me and all have been done quickly and professionally and always correctly! ToolCity is wonderful and I, as a Home Improvement Contractor, recommend them for all of my customers that need major plumbing repairs. Fantastic company!
