Edited review from 2 star One of the worst businesses I've ever dealt with. Over a year later I am still trying to get the mulch plug I paid for at the point of sale. Now it's going to cost me £100. if they ever decide to get back to me. The whole reason for buying the mower is because it could mulch instead of lifting the clippings. It was the bloody selling point !!!! Terrible company. Staff have told me over 5 times they will call back. They never ever do. Bought a ride on here. The broucher at point of sale said mulching plug and battery charger were included. (Actually still have the books) These weren't included in delivery months later and when I asked about this I was told that it was the old broucher they gave me. This isn't good business. I ignored this elaborate scam and asked them to price up the missing parts they shorted me anyway. It's been months. No word back and I've rang a few times. Can't say I'm overly happy at all.
