I thought I was booking a bit of a luxe experience at Toolbox considering the higher fees. However I was rather disappointed with the quality of service I received for the higher fees. The site was a disappointment with no massage chairs or foot spa-just big bowls into which warm water was poured from plastic pitchers. Although I requested my nails to be cut short, I had to ask the tech to cut my toenails shorter to which she balked. I had such a great experience at Toolbox! I have always been really self conscious about my nails and because of that I had never gotten a manicure or pedicure before. From the very beginning, they were awesome. I had a phone call with them beforehand, and they were incredibly welcoming, reassuring, and made me feel like I was in good hands. Highly recommend!
