I had a really good experience getting troy built parts. The parts I needed were hard find as they were not in the illustrated parts catalog. The owner knew the parts in his head. He also gave me a quick service/maintenance lesson on how to care for the new generator I bought (I did not buy from him) including not to use gas older that 3 months, and oil change requirements. Very good service - I recommend.
