Toll rental has never been great at home depot but now they force you to sign up for clear and give a biometric facial scan to rent equipment. I have had a pro account here for 10+ years and spend more on a year here than any 1 piece of equipment cost. I will never rent from here again and am considering shifting my business to another store all together

I rented a side cutter from here. It worked extremely well. They take great care of their equipment. The check-in and checkout process was seamless and they help me negotiate the best deal for the time that we spent. I highly recommend them!

Rented earth moving equipment. Returned in less than a day. Asked if I cleaned it. I stated I brushed it off the best that I could. Rep went out checked it while making me wait 10 to 15 min. When he came back he stated you didn’t clean it. And then went on to say that he was going to charge me $200 to clean it and then said next time he would make me go clean it better.
