We have looked and looked for someone trustworthy, dependable, knowledgeable and mobile! This guy is all 4! Highly recommend Tool Time RV! Had two new AC’s installed and a slide repaired, yet he can do it all! Already scheduled him for a return visit next year for a check up!!!!
We had such a great experience with Matt of Tooltime Rv service!! I would recommend him and call upon him again if in need. 4/21/2026 Had Matt out again, this time to swap out our lead acid batteries out of our new RV and replace with Lithium. As always happens with me, it seems if a problem can arise it does. This time was no exception. He ran into a snag, took a few prayers and sure enough, Matt figured it out. Now we have another 100 Amp hours to work with. I'm also getting a quote to have our solar panels and charger upgraded. Matt is professional, courteous and fair. I would give 10 stars if that were an option. Matt first did some troubleshooting for issues likely covered under my warranty, coordinated with the manufacturer to obtain parts, then installed them. He also performed a recall inspection. Besides being very knowledgeable, he is prompt, courteous, and thoughtful, and his rate is very reasonable. ToolTimeRV is my go-to going forward. Thanks, Matt!
Matthew was courteous and professional. Started as soon as he arrived and explained everything he was doing and why. Very knowledgeable and all the professional equipment. The dealer could not fix what he did.
