Went here to buy some snowblower parts. The woman working at the counter seemed annoyed that I was there, didn’t know if they had the parts and didn’t want to look it up. I went to another more helpful store and got what I needed 🤷♂️
Rented a square walk behind sander, loaded it into the truck and noticed the dust skirt was missing- went in to question them and the two ladies didnt have a clue about there tools! One of the guys in the back came out and said they dont include it anymore- without the skirt it wont pick up the dust and creates a complete mess and loads mote work! Then they had the cheek to charge for cleaning the dust bag which didnt work...
