I rent from here all the time. The tools may not be the newest but the folks in the back shop test the tools before giving them to you and on the return as well. I never had a tool that didn't work properly and as expected. As to the front counter service it depends who you get and who they encountered during their day, so YMMV The place gets quite busy and folks need I remind you that you catch more flies with honey than vinegar. Be a kind person and you will het kindness in return. I will keep going here.
I was professionally served by the technician, Allain. He does a fantastic job by showing and instructing about how every single machine works. I like his approach and way. And as a veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces, I would humble myself in following Allain way of doing his work. Good job!!!
