I brought in some tools to get fixed. Once I came back to pick them up they told me one was scrap and could not be fixed yet. It was working fine and only needed a tuneup when I dropped it off. I asked for the “scarp” Weed whacker back they brought it out and said it actually was working. I’m wondering if they are telling people their tools are broken, tuning them up and selling them and telling us their scrap to make extra cash. Super bummed with the service and will not be retuning. Honnêtement, j’ai vraiment trouvé ça ordinaire de devoir m’obstiner avec vos employés, car vous ne mettez pas vos promotions à jour. Comme si m’obstiner ce n’était pas assez, je me fais dire que vous ne faites pas de financement flexiti le weekend, donc je suis venu acheter, pour finalement repartir avec rien.
