I was charged differently from what i was quoted. Myles in tool rental quickly resolved the situation on return, and offered to extend rental to finish the job with a slightly different tool without a new charge. (i declined the offer as we toughed it out with the wrong tool.) Beware added insurance (10%) on bill as well. Definitely will rent here again.
