No one answered phone I called almost 10 times in 2 hour frame even tool renal staff not helpfull I visit store horrible

dont bother renting from here. I booked a carpet cleaner days in advance. Prior to arrive I received confirmation by email which was great but once I arrived I was told that all of their units are unavailable since they are broken.
