Absolutely appalling for large equipment rentals. I rented a mini excavator and dump trailer from this location, and I wish I'd looked at the Google reviews before I did. When I showed up promptly at 8 am (reservation time) to pick up the excavator, the "guy who checks out the large equipment" was on break, so 40 mins. later he finally arrives at the parking lot where the unit is parked. Rude workers with poor customer service skills. They should be more welcoming and understanding of a customers request etc. very disappointing with one of the workers who decided to be rude and not show what customer service is about.
