The clerk answering the phones has horrible communication skills. I called to rent a certain tool and he said sorry it's rented for the time I needed it. When I went online to book the same tool Ancaster store was an option and the tool was available. He has done this before, bumbling up orders. When I come to pick up a tool he does not have it ready, wasting a good half hour of time. Definitely needs improvement.

Couldn't get through via phone to inquiry about availability. My rental time started and before we went out to the vehicle the clerk assisted someone else who took up more than 10 minutes of time. (Seems petty but on a 90 minute rental that's starts after being rung up it counts). However the price is right so I will continue to use the rental service.
