Associate inspected the wrong vehicle and then gave me the keys to the correct vehicle without inspection. When I brought back the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as I had left with, they claimed it was full before. In fact they closed out the rental with an additional $30+ charge for fuel without even bothering to inform me there was a fuel charge until I questioned why the bill was much higher. Equipment is usually in good working order, no real complaints. However, they recently cancelled their tool rental stamp card (where your 6th rental is 50% off). This is pretty annoying since I've been holding onto this card in my wallet for 8 years and was about to make my 5th rental and they informed me that they don't do it anymore. I think it's bad business practice to phase something out without letting the old cards run through. I'll be shopping around for my next rental since I have no incentive to stay loyal to Home ... read more
