Equipment is usually in good working order, no real complaints. However, they recently cancelled their tool rental stamp card (where your 6th rental is 50% off). This is pretty annoying since I've been holding onto this card in my wallet for 8 years and was about to make my 5th rental and they informed me that they don't do it anymore. I think it's bad business practice to phase something out without letting the old cards run through.
