They use Google to search for aisle numbers, and have no idea about what the tools or items in the store do. The experience gets worse every year.
I wouldn’t recommend this store for rentals. I request a medium cargo van. They had 5 available and they gave me the worst one, which was not running well and it was very dirty. I had to come back they replaced the van but it costed me 15 minutes. Next when I came to pay they charged me a damaged fee without even asking for it, just fyi the took my insurance documents for damages initially. I would stay away from this shop for rentals.
