Faulty equipment wasted my whole day. Staff didn’t care when I pointed out issues, they shrugged it off and said yah that sucks. Horrible service and worn out equipment.
Called ahead and booked a 1.5 ton mini excavator. Went to pick it up with my trailer 40 minutes away. It turns out they won't rent me the excavator because I have to take it with their trailer. 380$ a day. They could have said this on the phone instead of wasting my time. Rental house rented me a 1 ton excavator 150$ a day. I'd recommend renting anywhere but here.
Can’t rely on responsible customer service! I booked to rent both an aerator & power rake and called to modify the time of pick-up. I drove 20 minutes to pick them up and they only had the one machine. Now I have to rebook and come back a second time because the employee ‘forgot’ to add the second machine! Extremely frustrated with the apparent disregard for customer service and for wasting valuable time.
Perfect! BUT I really dont understand why driving licence is needed for a water pressure mashin!
