I went into this place to rent a hammer drill and the older man was very nice and recommended a tile lifter instead, he said if it did not work he would not charge for it, well it did not work and in the morning when I brought it back there was a much different person to deal with and everything said was obliterated, not only did I pay full price I was charged for 24 hour rental because I was 45min past 9. so I ended paying even more for a tool that did not work at all, I used a hammer and chissel to remove my tiles. Came in to rent some tools Glenn (hope I got ur name right ) was above n beyond thank you so much sir
Went to rental department to ask if Rental vaccum cleaner is available. First of all no greeting to customer. Answer was available but not in workable condition. Again i asked can you check if other home depot's rental department have rental vaccum cleaner available. Employee answered that we can't check that. Seems like employees are bot customer friendly. So i hope i won't visit the this location home depot store until and unless i don't have any other options.
