Went to rental department to ask if Rental vaccum cleaner is available. First of all no greeting to customer. Answer was available but not in workable condition. Again i asked can you check if other home depot's rental department have rental vaccum cleaner available. Employee answered that we can't check that. Seems like employees are bot customer friendly. So i hope i won't visit the this location home depot store until and unless i don't have any other options.

The tool/van rental is always pretty good. I find their equipment to be pretty decent shape, not the best or the newest, but it tends to do the trick. If renting a van, make sure to take pics and videos of the condition of the vehicle. I have probably rented 10 or so pieces of equipment and 10 separate van rentals for use. They are always really good at the customer service. A bit on the slower side for timing and paper work, but everything ends up being okay in the end.
