I rented an aerator for my yard. It was a real struggle because the propulsion wouldn’t disengage when i released the control. I fought with it until i was too frustrated to continue. Brought it back and complained. The staff member who helped me, Gale, was very understanding. He asked questions to try to understand the issue and I ended up being less than courteous with him. Gale remained patient and professional and calmed me down. They gave me a full refund and took the machine out of service but i don’t care about that. ... read more
Staff switched tools on me with one double the price. Suddenly cheaper one wasn’t available even though it showed available online. Disorganized and unfair practices.
Rents out equipment that is incomplete. Make you wait 45 minutes to speak to a manager only to tell you that ya sorry we're still gonna charge you full pop.
