The strawberry Hills store was great the tool rental . Tanner help me out above and beyond he went out of his way to doublecheck a machine that had a tag on it and later found out they had worked so I otherwise I would have to run to another store or maybe miss out on the project which I had only certain amount of daylight. May 4 Sunday evening 3:45 tall guy on counter so rude denied to help during unloading, us knocking on the door was a big issue for him we did not know how to open the door to the tool room and he tells us that he is not the door man

They staff at the rental center are super helpful when it comes to explaining how the tools they rent out can be used. No complains. The tools are professional grade and made short work of the project I needed done.

I could not thank Jim more for his world class service provided at this home depot location in our neighborhood. He knows all the tools and always so patient to explain everything in simple terms. Jim is such an inspiration and a model professional. I am also working in service industry and I've learned from Jim a lot on how he takes cares of his customers.
