Je** hung up on me when I was asking her to wait a little, and hung up again twice when I tried to call back. Keep up the brilliant attitude! I was told to wait before sending out complaints, and decided to send it upon waiting
Rental staff unprofessional, didn't recommend suitable floor sanding equipment per my needs, wasted my time & money. Rented a machine for 1 hr, spent 1 hr going back & forth to return it, wasted the damn machine's consumables. Had to rent another one. My plan got messed up. Don't recommend consulting any related services here. They just mechanically rent out machines.
