Service and knowledge is definitely hit and miss. Usually have what I need in stock.
Had a very good experience with Noah from Home Depot Rentals on Regent. He is very professional and very helpful. He helped me load up this very heavy compactor to my SUV and was very patient teaching me how to use the machine. Give this man a raise, he deserves it well!
Tried to return a tool rental tonight, went to store at around 7pm, they close at 9. No one in site, talked to a cashier twice about anyone available to help, even asked her if she was sure they were even open. She called twice in about a 15 minute time span for someone. I finally gave up and left, guess I'll try again tomorrow...
