I recently rented a tool from Home Depot and forgot to clean it before returning. I understand that cleaning is my responsibility, but when I came back, the staff member (named Priya) spoke to me in a very rude and aggressive way. Instead of explaining the issue politely, she started yelling, which made the situation uncomfortable. I believe customers should be spoken to respectfully, even if a mistake happens. I hope the store can improve customer service and communication in the future.
Service and knowledge is definitely hit and miss. Usually have what I need in stock.
Had a very good experience with Noah from Home Depot Rentals on Regent. He is very professional and very helpful. He helped me load up this very heavy compactor to my SUV and was very patient teaching me how to use the machine. Give this man a raise, he deserves it well!
