I had a very disappointing and honestly unsettling experience with the delivery and installation service for my washer and dryer purchased from Home Depot. The delivery man was extremely rude from the moment he arrived. Esseyé d'appeler le centre de location pour info avant de me déplacer pour rien et 3 fois attente et transfer interminable pour finir par me faire raccroché la ligne au nez. Je suis aller ailleurs ou on m'a répondu du premier coup.
Commande en ligne du magasin qui n'arrive jamais. Je suis allé au magasin et la commande était prête mais il ne l'ont jamais posté (il pensait que c'était un pick-up en magasin 🤦♂️). Un fois à la maison, j'ai remarqué qu'il ne m'avait pas donné les bons articles. Évitez les commandes en ligne.
