Very bad attitude, they all like waiting for you to ask questions so they can give attitude like why you are asking this dumb question and bother me! When you return it back they are like waiting to blame you are not making it like brand new! You can feel like when you are here they assume you are not doing it as they want so they can give you bad attitude back

Do not rent a truck or van- ok what in the actual? Because we booked a $25 van the night before and they cancelled it the next morning. We went in asking why and apparently they can cancel your booking without telling you within 4 hours just because someone else needs the van. Ok so we go to shawnessy to get different van at this point the $39 dollar one. Use it the 90 mins plus 15 minutes over so ok fair , pay the $5.50 every 15 minutes over Well guess what? Had 2 dishwashers delivered. Home depots del service, not professionals & experience in install. Don't take care. 1st one, the del guy turned the box upside down to rightside up to find top. Again, don't care in product. Dishwasher had issues, had a other del 7 days early before install. Dishwasher sat at front door 7 days, I had nowhere to put it! No coordination in del and install. Manager (2nd dishwasher) promised he'd schedule same day dishwasher install & removal and pick up dishwasher. NEVER happened. Had missed 3 days... read more
