Call before you drive all the way there and wait 20 minutes in line to get something that is available online. Then they tell you "it's rented" and stare at you blankly.
Tool rental division says it opens at 6am. You can also reserve tool pickup for 6am. Online when you search hours it shows this tool rental is currently open and it opens at 6am on Mon, Tues, and Wednesday. I reserved a tool rental to pickup today for 6am. I received an email confirmation to pick up said tool for 6am. The email from home depot literally says 6am. I had a really frustrating experience at The Home Depot Chinook. I went in ready to spend over $400 on materials, and they had 56 units of the item I needed in stock. However, when I asked for assistance, I was told they couldn’t help because it required using a forklift. Instead of offering any solution, they simply told me to go to another Home Depot.
