Came in for a tool rental and clearly explained I needed to snake out a kitchen drain that was 1.5", but needed to be longer than 25'. I was given equipment and headed home only to find that the equipment would only work on a 2" drain! when I returned I said it did not fit the 1.5" kitchen drain and he responded, 'no it wouldn't, we don't have one longer than 25 feet that would fit" and he walked away - so not sure why he recommended that piece of equipment to begin with.
