Don't recommend rent anything from these guys. They overcharge , on top of rent price that higher than every other place they add different fee such protection insurance, cleaning fee etc.
I had a very disappointing experience with the return department manager at this Home Depot. The manager’s behavior was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. Instead of listening and trying to help, they spoke to me in a disrespectful manner, which made me feel like my concerns didn’t matter. Customer service should be based on respect and professionalism, especially from management. I hope Home Depot addresses this issue and provides better customer service training to ensure other customers are treated with courtesy.
