Such bad. Ustomer service the guy in the store who just started his job 5 days ago was really rude not very helpful and asked me to put back the sheets that i oucked up from aile
Absolutely pathetic experience. Apart from the Gentleman who helped me rent the tool, the return process was atrocious. I was told to keep the filter for the paint sprayer clean, which we did. This was my first time using that machine. What they fail to mention was that the machine, if tilted tends to get the filter dirty again with leftover paint. The two older people accepting the returns were not only rude, but, extremely dismissive. They then said either pay $80 (literally the cost of the four hour rental) as a cleaning ... read more
Rented tools several times with foreign passport as I'm a tourist no issues at all. This morning Erin was extremely rude and won't even tried to do the proper research on the system. A total waste of time.
