Absolutely pathetic experience. Apart from the Gentleman who helped me rent the tool, the return process was atrocious. I was told to keep the filter for the paint sprayer clean, which we did. This was my first time using that machine. What they fail to mention was that the machine, if tilted tends to get the filter dirty again with leftover paint. The two older people accepting the returns were not only rude, but, extremely dismissive. They then said either pay $80 (literally the cost of the four hour rental) as a cleaning ... read more
Rented tools several times with foreign passport as I'm a tourist no issues at all. This morning Erin was extremely rude and won't even tried to do the proper research on the system. A total waste of time.
John and the manager are very helpful and kind and put their customers first. Recommend this home depot as the top in calgary (as a pro who spends over 100k per year in home depots)
Big shout to home depot Calgary for delivering the worst customer service ever. The person at the front desk Joyce and her manger were exceptionally bad to understand customer’s inconvenience. Won’t talk to customer and won’t even listen to them. Can’t keep the tools in working condition and won’t care, customer is taking time to rent the tool and to drive their. Big bully in the tool rental market.
