Atrocious customer service. Elderly mother lost her phone there. The morning manager wouldn't check lost and found. Told to call back in afternoon. Been calling for 30 mins tried almost every department. NO one will answer the phone. Awful.. she lives almost a hour away and needs to know if her phone is there to pick it up or can be picked up. It says on find my phone Google its there. Such BS. ANSWER YOUR PHONE. The incompetence is outstanding.

Slid into the rental area 30min to closing. They had the exact tool I needed and were so helpful getting it out to my car. Drop off the next morning was smooth. Great team working at the counter.

I rented the sod cutter arranged to borrow a truck so I could pick it up and then when I was about to leave to go pick it up I noticed I got an email saying it was cancelled. I call them, waited on hold and they say it is broken. No apology or anything like that. Also they were not friendly on the phone. They said you could call around and see if there is another one in the city. I recommend rent elsewhere.

We rented the van at 730pm. Returned the car at 8am on Sunday which is when the store opened. Waited at rental for assistance before having to go out front to find someone. Rental end time was 8:13. We were charged an entire hour. Thieves!!!Just be aware.. every minute counts and there is no forgiveness regardless of whose fault it is. Their reservation system is also a joke. A reservation doesn't mean much. Walk-in trumps all else until your confirmation 4 hours before reservation. Don't bother booking online if you NEED it... read more
