tool rental close at 8 pm and they ask customers to bring stuff before 9pm and they will take it back. website shows 9pm but employees close it at 8.
Useless. I booked a tool for pickup which was approved. I arrived promptly and was told that the tool wasn't available as it had been sent for repairs. This was never communicated to me and so I made the hour round trip for nothing.
