Useless. I booked a tool for pickup which was approved. I arrived promptly and was told that the tool wasn't available as it had been sent for repairs. This was never communicated to me and so I made the hour round trip for nothing.
Online reservation didn't work. Tried calling 6 times no answer. Not helpful.
I was treated rudely by 2 employees and asked to speak to the manager. Manager never showed up. This i guess is called leading by example.
