They can do better. Currently, they don’t deliver rental equipment to job sites & some of my subcontractor partners are not happy with the rented equipment.
Renting equipment is mostly easy! But when it comes to van! I have tried many times and most times they didn’t offer me one while there was parking many they said it’s all rented so I had to drive around to another location
I recently used Home Depot’s tool rental service, and I have mixed feelings about the experience. On the positive side, the staff at Home Depot are very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They make the process of renting tools straightforward, answer questions clearly, and ensure you understand how to use the equipment safely.
