Worst experience. I reserved through website and plan my work accordingly, all of a sudden a few hours before they cancelled my reservation and in response they just say “we are sorry”. Your sorry doesn’t give my time back

That’s really bad experience on Home Depot curbside pick service. It was delivered on April 2 ,2025 They don’t call before delivery,I can not believe they can just left gas hot water tank with out any water proofed cover on the side walk way, and it was hailing. When I call them complain about bad delivery service. The Home Depot manager still think that right way to do that. I don’t recommend to choose delivery from Home Depot.keep away from Home Depot delivery.
