The service is very bad when you call just to wait, no one answers you
Home Depot Tool Rental is generally reliable and has a good selection of tools. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, which makes renting easy when they are available. The only downside is that sometimes you can experience long wait times, especially if there’s only one person working at the counter. Overall, it’s a convenient place for tool rentals, but be prepared for occasional delays
