Tool ranch has great service. Brian is an awesome salesman, he's always right on top of keeping our crew running. Whether it be picking tools and machines up for service, or bringing us fasteners last minute no matter where we are working. Their prices are lower than the local competition and their service is second to none. Their willingness to go the extra mile to keep their customers happy is why our crew uses them.

Thanks to Mike outside sales in Ontario ny. We had a delay waiting for some hardware but once again he made things right. This guy jumps through hoops to take care of all our sometimes difficult needs. I garentee you'll never get such great service at a box store! Keep up the good work guys.
