No showroom no walk-in
Was shocked to learn that I could not return/exchange an unopened vacuum hose that was given to me as a gift for Christmas. I wanted to upgrade to a smaller sander (because of osteoarthritis) that came furnished with the identical hose. The hose was $115. I decided to return everything else that was Festool and not swap out the sander for one that I could handle. What a horrible company policy. 3 strikes and your out! 1: I received someone else jacket and I had to drive 15 miles to drop it off at ups. 30 mile round trip. 2: 20 days after my order I finally get it, to big. I sent it back along with another random package I got (being nice) 3: they get the packages and they confirm it. 2 weeks go by, no communication. I email, email, email. Nothing. So I call. Now, they don’t have my size. I have full confidence they were going to steal my money. Crooks.
