I brought in a Senco FinishPro. Gary not only repaired it but made the argument to Senco that the repair should be covered under warrantee based on several factors. i was in complete agreement as the tool was less than a year old. Senco agreed and months later when I forgot about the transaction. Gary called me to tell me he had a refund for me. He mailed me a check and won a customer for life.
