Richard is a great guy, and does really good work, he showed up on time every single day, actually a little bit early and stayed until I was happy with what he had done for me. I will definitely be using him for more of my needed home repairs!
Richard did an excellent job. It’s so hard to find someone who is thorough and reliable for small and varied repairs. I had a long list of misc repairs. Richard was patient and meticulous. He was creative in devising solutions and extremely skillful. He was punctual and polite. He kept the work area clean and neat as possible. I was very impressed and would highly recommend him

The work: and new sealed crawl space door and partition and re-screened the porch with new tracking system. Richard responded quickly and his price was reasonable. He asked a number of questions and answered all of mine to understand what I actually wanted done. His work was meticulous to do a good job the right way. He was professional and respectful. My wife and I are very satisfied with the result.
