I just want to thank Russ for having what I need to perform my daily operations! As a Mobile Mechanic, I occasionally find myself in need of the obscure tool that most mechanics don't carry in their tool box. Went to return a brake plier tool after doing one side of our drum brakes on our truck because we started second side the tool snapped and a piece broke off. When we tried to get an exchange the owner went off about how people should use tools for what they were meant for. Umm we did. Told us he doest give refunds or do exchanges because he doesn't have to. Also told us people are coming in and using his tools and asking for refunds. Well we didn't ask for one at first. Awesome source for hard to find tools and any other do it yourself tools you may need. You can't get service like this at any other big box store in town, and they ship!!
