Family owned and very professional. Prompt repairs and can get whatever you need. Warranty work is exceptional also. I have dealt with them for years and will not go anywhere else. If they tell you it needs to be replaced it is true. But fix anything that can be fixed. The best customer service ever.
I am very impressed with this company. From the moment I walked in they were extremely friendly and helpful without feeling they were trying to force a sale on me. They have a large amount of inventory and were able to special order everything I needed that they did not have in stock. They were even cheaper than all the big box stores. I will now be buying all my saw blades and supplies here!!
I moved away but when I lived there was a faithful customer, pro grade tools, service and staff .
Glad to find a place to get my saw blades sharpened. Less than half the price of a new one, was just as sharp as new and quick turn around.
They fixed my nail gun on the spot when it broke down in the middle of the job. They had nail guns for rent and they could have said they couldn't do it then and made money off of the rental and the repair but they had the parts in stock and fixed it within an hour. GREAT service!!!
Avoid the quacks here, paid in advance to have my working saw looked at for replacing brushes, 2 weeks later I pick up saw with cord off and 4 screws missing when I go to put it back on, they said it needs a dis continued armiture to fix properly, but it has been working, now it's not.maybe they didnt know how to put back after loosing screws, maybe needed for another tool ? save you tools from the abortion doctor.
BEST PLACE EVER !!!!! – After reading the one review posted, I just had to post a review of this business. I have used them several times and they have always been great to work with. i recently had a framing nailer mess up on me in the middle of a big job, and when i brought it by the store, they fixed it for me right away, while i waited, and in ten minutes i was on my way back to the job !!! how is that for service ! and by the way, the price of the repair was much lower than i expected ..... i would send my best friends ... read more
I have used Tool Doctor for many years with no problems. I work in and around the construction business with many equipment needs. I find that whether I need fasteners, tools or tool repair, Tool Doctor has exceeded my needs, and they go out of their way to help. I have many power tools of different types, it is convenient knowing that they are a authorized repair center for all the major and tool manufactures, and when a tool goes down for any reason they can provide parts, repair and warranty service.
