Great delivery experience. Nice people in warehouse, quick unload, plenty of space to back in. New warehouse. Docks are between two new buildings, easy access either from Washington St or from E 58th Ave (entrance has traffic lights at 58th). Delivery check in by door 7. Google satellite on Android doesn't have new buildings view yet... I guess coming soon
TOTAL TOOL SUPPLY IS A Distributor of Milwaukee and Dewalt tools at wholesale prices. If you are a Contractor, there is no better place, for fasteners, power tools etc… they even assign you a personal Rep for your business, My Rep. Is Chris Wojcik and this guy follows thru and always has my back when it comes to pricing, excellent in customer service and is always on time. This place is terrible. The people up front have no idea what they are doing. They don’t know what products they have in the store. They don’t know how to process a sale. I been here 3 different times before and every time I am in here I have to wait 15-20 mins to make a purchase. It’s like they have no clue how to work their system. It’s time to find another tool supplier.
