Our 11 month old kitten hasn't been able to jump and has hardly been able to walk for the past week. After calling for two days straight, I finally got someone on the phone. The gal had asked if we could come in within the next half hour which I appreciated as it felt like my girl's condition had been getting worse by the day. Would have given a ZERO-star review if I could. We took our 3-year-old red heeler to Tooele Veterinary Clinic- when our regular vet didn't have any openings- but we knew our pup needed to be seen. She was not acting herself; she is usually very energetic, playful, and wanting attention. She was avoiding interaction, having diarrhea, and some vomiting. She wasn't eating. Took my cat in to have her induced to vomit because she ate some strings off a mask... roundy used hydrogen peroxide and I had no idea it was HIGHLY not recommended for use in cats until it was too late and the damage was done. My cat didn't eat or drink for 4 days and was vomiting blood. I called roundys office twice because my cat wasn't okay and both roundy and his receptionist offered a pill to protect my cats intestines but my cat was vomiting every 15 minutes and there was no way she could've kept a pill down. Worst vet I’ve ever experienced. Roundy Has killed my dog and many others due to neglect and lack of care. This man should NOT have a license or be allowed to care for any animal. Do not take your animals here. Please find alternate veterinary care, you will regret leaving anything in the hands of this horrendous man.
If you want a vet clinic that tells you they can't find your pet's medical records, then this is the clinic for you! The receptionist put me on hold for 10 minutes to "find" my records then hung up on me. When I called her back her reply was 'we're busy". As if that's a good reason to hang up on a client. They can't seem to work the alphabet so don't anticipate them to handle your animals with any sort of care. This happened today, 8/28/2019
